The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff always friendly and our room was great for us two adults and 2 kiddies. The pool was a hit with our kids especially because they are heated, we went at night and in the morning! We love staying here and it’s always our first pick when we visit Rotorua!

Swimming pool is really good temperature and the hot tub outside is really hot. Kids liked. Room size, restaurant and breakfast are positive. There is a laundry that’s super helpful for families. Car park free.

Outdoor pool, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Was a bit skeptical after reading mixed reviews, but we had no complaints about our stay. Deluxe suites are the refurbished ones with air conditioning, and I would highly recommend booking those. Otherwise, the hotel is generally a bit outdated.

Outdoor pool and spa was awesome. My husband and daughters loved the cold/warm pool I loved the spa lovely and hot on a cold afternoon and early morning swim. Our family loved the breakfast that was included with the room

I love that they had outdoor heated pools and the private groto spa, they were the best features they had inside, parking was a breeze and lockup at a certain time made me feel safe. Having 24/7 reception was helpful if u had any issues at any times of a night, when u dial reception then someone always answers. Our room was well equipped with 2 big beds and bathroom and toilet together 😍
